Easter Monday Open Meeting – Volunteers Needed
Luckily we have had volunteers come forward to help with entries for this meeting. Please note that the system for online entries will be different this year.
We now need more volunteers to help: – the officials, with catering and second hand kit sale.
More details will be sent out later this month but the list for volunteer helpers is already open. Please contact Graeme Charters via our Volunteer page.
Membership Renewals and Direct Debit Set Up
391 people have not set up the direct debit. Please help Bev, the volunteer Membership Secretary by setting up your direct debit as soon as possible. If the direct debit is not set up a few days before the 1st April it will cause her considerable work as the link is set for the money to come out on the 1st April.
The money will not be taken until 1st April.
Kit Sale
After 15 years Dawn Hookway is giving up looking after the club vests and crop tops and wishes to hand over this role to someone as soon as possible. Please talk to Dawn or let me know if you are interested in this role.

75th Anniversary
It is the 75th Anniversary of the club in 2022. We need a team willing to plan events to celebrate this occasion.
Electronic timing
Is anyone interested in setting up/running electronic timing for the club?
Lost property
