In the Winter of 2018/19 Matt Ruiz and his team spent months producing a video for their final year university project. They wanted to focus on the Tonbridge AC Winter season in the lead up to the National Cross Country Championships. Many thanks to those who came forward to contribute to it. Months of work came down to this 10 minutes about the sport we enjoy.
