February 2020 – Simon Coppard, National indoors under 20 men’s 800 metres champion Simon Coppard won the indoor title, running 1.54.70 in the final. 
February 2020 – Senior Men, National Cross Country Champions The Senior Men won the ‘National’ at Wollaton Park Nottingham through – 11th Max Nicholls, 24th Ben Cole, 32nd Kieran Reilly, 43rd Ryan Driscoll, 59th Corey De’Ath, 77th Luke Fisher 
February 2020 – Under 13 Girls, National Cross Country Champions The under 13 girls won the ‘National’ at Wollaton Park Nottingham through – 5th Lily Slack, 9th Gracie MacAuley, 38th Penny Horne, 84th Georgia Conroy

Cameron Payas – representing Gibraltar at European Croci Country Championships

Ben Reynolds (on the right) ran for England in the over 55 race at the Home International Masters Cross Country Championships in Aintree near Liverpool and finished third 
Senior Women – English National Road Relay Champions – October 2019 – finished second overall behind Cardiff, but clinched the English Championship, at Sutton Coldfield. The team consisted of Nicole Taylor, Kiri Marsh, Phoebe Barker and Lucy Reid. 
Ben Reynolds won the over 55 men’s National Masters 5000 metres championship in August 2019 at Birmingham in 16.49.87.
He went on to finish third in the European Championships at both 5000m and the half marathon in Italy during September.
James West raced 3000 metres for Great Britain at the European Super Cup, Poland in August 2019, which comprises the top 12 countries.
He finished third in 8.02.97 less than half a second away from the winner Adel Mechaal of Spain. This was James’ first senior GB track international.
Nicole Taylor won the England Athletics 10,000m championship at Walthamstow in June 2019 with a new TAC club record of 33.31.35

Chris Olley – Great Britain Senior Mens Team at Edinburgh Cross Country International – January 2018 Chris Olley, representing the Great Britain senior mens team finished 16th over 8km and was the fifth Brit home, scoring for the team. He was ahead of four GB team members, selected for the nine man squad. This was Chris’ first ever full senior international. 
Nicole Taylor – England team at Burgos Spain International Cross Country Meeting – November 2018 Nicole Taylor was selected to run for an England team in Burgos, Northern Spain. This was Nicole’s England debut and she finished as first of the English in 15th spot. 
Under 13 Girls – National Cross Country Relay Champions – November 2018 Sophie Slack, Lily Slack and Olivia Breed won the first ever TAC female title at the National cross country relays. 
Senior Women – National Cross Country Relay Champions – November 2018 Ashley Gibson , Nicole Taylor and Lucy Reid won the first ever TAC National Championship on the road or cross country. 
Henry Pearce – England team at Toronto Marathon – October 2018 Henry Pearce was selected for an England team to compete in the Toronto Marathon. Henry placed 14th and set a Tonbridge AC club record of 2.19.22. 
Under 13 Girls – National Cross Road Relay Champions – October 2018 Lily Slack, Olivia Breed and Sophie Slack won the National Road Relay title. 
Max Nicholls – Great Britain team at World Mountain Running Championships – September 2018 Max finished 52nd at the World Championships and was the fourth GB scorer, as the team won silver medals. 
Katie Goodge – England Schools team at Home International, Scotland – July 2018 As a result of finishing second in the English Schools Inter Girls 3000m championship Katie Goodge was selected for the England team. She finished fifth in the home international race, at Grangemouth, Scotland. 
Max Nicholls – Great Britain team at European Mountain Running Championships – July 2018 Max finished 12th at the European Championships and was the third GB scorer, as the team won silver medals.

Senior Men – English National Cross Country Champions – February 2018 The mens team retained their National title, at Parliament Hill. George Duggan (14th), Chris Olley (5th), Ben Cole (18th), Ryan Driscoll (35th), Max Nicholls (33rd), Robbie Farnham-Rose (26th). 
Phoebe Barker – Great Britain Under 20 womens Team at Edinburgh Cross Country International – January 2018 Phoebe Barker finished 15th in the Under 20 womens race and was sixth GB team member home.

James West – Great Britain Senior Team, Cross Country Relay, Edinburgh – January 2017 James West ran the third leg for Great Britain in the 4x1km cross country relay, handing over to Laura Muir, for the winning team. 
Phoebe Barker – Great Britain Under 20 Team, at European Cross Country Championships, in Slovakia Phoebe Barker was called into the under 20 women’s team on the Wednesday before the Sunday Championships and was fifth of the six GB runners, finishing 43rd, as the team won the gold medals. 
Chris Olley – Great Britain Under 23 Team, at European Cross Country Championships, in Slovakia Chris Olley had one of his best ever races to finish 13th in the under 23 men’s race and was the second scorer for the GB team that won the bronze medals. 
Senior Men – British Challenge Champions – November 2017 The mens team won the challenge match of national champions at Liverpool. This was a match between Tonbridge, Swansea (Wales) and Central AC (Scotland). As a result Tonbridge qualified for the European Clubs Championships in Portugal in February 2018. 
Graeme Saker – Selected for England Over 55 Cross Country Team, November 2017 Graeme Saker will represent the England over 55 team at the Home International, in November 
National Cross Country Relay Champions – Under 20 Mens Team – November 2017 The TAC under 20 mens team won the National Cross Country Relay Championships, at Mansfield. The team was James Puxty, Jamie Goodge and Alasdair Kinloch. This was the fifth consecutive year that Tonbridge had won the gold medals. 
National Cross Country Relay Champions – Senior Mens Team – November 2017 The TAC senior mens team won the National Cross Country Relay Championships, at Mansfield, for the first time in club history. The team was George Duggan, Charlie Joslin-Allen, Ryan Driscoll and Chris Olley. 
Ashley Gibson – England 10k road championships winner, Leeds – November 2017 Ashley Gibson was the first English woman home in the Leeds Abbey Dash 10km, which was the designated National Championship. Ashley should get an English International vest for the performance. 
English National Road Relay Champions – Senior Mens Team – October 2017 The senior mens team were second to Swansea at the National Road Relay Championships, but won the English title. The team consisted of Dom Brown, Chris Olley, George Duggan, Charlie Joslin-Allen, Ryan Driscoll and Ben Cole.

James Puxty wins English Schools Senior Boys 3000 metres – July 2017 James produced a superb English Schools win, possibly against the odds, with Ally Kinloch in third. 
English National Cross Country Champions – Senior Mens Team – February 2017 Charlie Joslin-Allen, Ben Cole, Chris Olley, Kieran Reilly, Corey De’Ath and Max Nicholls were the scoring team, as Tonbridge won our first National Senior Cross Country title, at Wollaton Park, Nottingham. 
James Puxty – English National Cross Country Championion – Under 17 men – February 2017 James Puxty won the under 17 mens individual race at Wollaton Park, Nottingham. 
English National Cross Country Champions – Under 17 mens team – February 2017 James Puxty, Bede Pitcairn-Knowles, Dan Seagrove and Dan Blades won the under 17 team title, at Wollaton Park, Nottingham. 
Dominic Brown – England Senior Team Indoor 1500 metres – Vienna, Austria, January 2017 Dom Brown was bundled off the track and didn’t finish the indoor 1500 metres in Vienna.

Phoebe Barker – Great Britain Under 20 Team, Great Edinburgh Cross Country International – January 2017 Phoebe Barker finished 10th in the under 20 race at Edinburgh, competing for the Great Britain team.

English National Cross Country Champions – Under 17 mens team – February 2016 The under 17 mens team won the National Cross Country Championship, with Bede Pitcairn-Knowles, Alasdair Kinloch, Jamie Goodge and James Puxty scoring. 
Tom Holden – England under 20 womens team at Lotto Cross Cup, Brussels International – December 2016 Tom ran for the England under 20 team and produced one of his best ever performances, by winning the race. 
Phoebe Barker – England under 20 womens team at Lotto Cross Cup, Brussels International – December 2016 Phoebe ran for the England under 20 team, despite only just turning 16 years old. She placed second in the race. 
English National Cross Country Relay Championships, at Mansfield – Under 20 Mens Team – November 2016 The under 20 mens team won the National Cross Country Relay Championships, through Tom Holden, Alasdair Kinloch and George Duggan. This was the fourth year in a row that a TAC team had won the championship. 
Max Nicholls – Great Britain senior mens team, at World Mountain Running Championships – September 2016 Max made his GB senior debut when he placed 56th in the World Mountain Running Championships (uphill only), in Bulgaria. 
Tom Holden – Great Britain Under 20 team, at Manchester International – August 2016 Tom Holden (pictured right) finished second in the men’s mile at the Manchester International, representing the GB under 20 men’s team.

James Puxty selected for England Inter Boys team, for Home International – March 2016 James Puxty has been selected for the England Schools Inter Boys team to compete in the Home International in March. This follows his 5th place finish at the English Schools Championship. James went on to finish 11th in the international race.

Kathleen Faes wins UK Inter Counties under 15 Cross Country Championships – March 2016 Kathleen Faes won the under 15 race at Cofton Park Birmingham, leading the Kent team home. 
Max Nicholls selected for Great Britain Team for World Universities Cross Country Championships March 2016 As a result of finishing a superb 6th in the British Universities Cross Country Championships, Max has been selected for the GB team to compete in Italy at the World University Championships in March.

Corey De’Ath – England under 20 mens team, Brussels, Belgium, December 2015 Corey competed for the England team in Brussels at the Lotto Cross Cup and finished third and second Englishman. 
Henry Pearce (under 23) and Chris Olley (under 20) – Great Britain team at European Cross Country Championships, in France, December 2015 Henry (25th under 23) and Chris (17th under 20) both came away from the championships with team medals and scored for GB. The under 23s were 2nd and the under 20s 3rd.

James West and Chris Olley Selected for England under 20 mens team, for international at Burgos Spain – November 2015 James West and Chris Olley were selected to compete for a four-man England under 20 team at the international cross country meeting at Burgos, Spain. Chris finished 4th, making his debut in an England vest, whilst James was 36th, earning his first ever international cross country vest.

Max Nicholls 6th in Under 20 race at World Mountain Running Championships, Betws-y-Coed, Wales – September 2015 Max Nicholls was the first scorer home for the Great Britain under 20 mens team, in the World Mountain Running Championships. Miles Weatherseed – selected for England under 20 team for Welsh International Games – July 2015 As a result of winning the South of England 1500m title, Miles Weatherseed was selected for the England under 20 men’s team to compete in the Welsh International Games 1 mile. Miles finished second in a close race. 
Alasdair Kinloch – selected for England Schools team for Home International – July 2015 Ally was selected for the England team, to compete over 3000 metres, in the home international in Scotland. This was following his second place finish in the English Schools Championships. Ally placed 2nd in the home international. 
George Duggan Wins English Schools Championships Senior Boys 1500 metres – July 2015 George added the senior boys 1500m title, to those that he had previously won in the Junior and Inter age groups. 
Kathleen Faes Wins English Schools Championships Junior Girls 1500 metres – July 2015 Kathleen won the 1500 metres, with a front running performance, being five seconds clear at the finish. 
Max Nicholls – selected for Great Britain under 20 mens team for European Mountain Running Championships – July 2015 Max was 5th in the race and first scorer for GB, leading them to the bronze team medals. 
Ryan Driscoll Wins National under 23 mens 3000 metres steeplechase – June 2015 Ryan Driscoll won his first ever individual title, when he won the under 23 mens, 3000 metres steeplechase in 8.58.93, at Bedford. 
Max Nicholls UK Inter Counties Fell Running Champion and GB Under 20 mens Mountain Racing trial winner – May 2015 Max Nicholls won the under 23 category at the UK Inter Counties Fell running championships and also the GB Mountain racing trial in May. As a result of the latter he was selected for the GB team to compete in the European Championships in July. 
Kathleen Faes selected for England Schools team, at the Home Countries International, at Dublin – March 2015 Kathleen finished 1st in the English Schools Championships, in the Junior Girls (years 8 and 9) age group and was then selected for the England Schools team. Kathleen won the race in Dublin, at the Home Nations International, to complete an unbeaten cross country season in the Winter 2015/16

Kathleen Faes – wins Junior Girls race at English Schools Championships – March 2015 Kathleen completed the triple of National, UK Inter Counties and English Schools wins. She has been selected for the England Schools team that travels to Dublin for the Home International. 
Chris Olley – selected for Great Britain under 20 mens team for the World Cross Country Championships in China – March 2015 Chris Olley has been selected to compete for the Great Britain under 20 men’s team at the World Cross Country Championships, in China 
Kathleen Faes – UK Inter Counties Cross Country Champion, Under 15 girls – March 2015 Picture Kathleen completed the ‘double’ of winning the UK Inter Counties, when representing Kent, following her National Championship win.
